因為我實在是太震撼了，忍不住要寫篇文分享！話說端午節是華人三大節日之一，又是爸爸生日，於是我乖乖的回家去。因為實在太少回家又是過節，我又在節前打電話撒嬌，希望娘親可以包久違的粽子（應該有超過八年以上沒有包了），娘非常體貼又合作，除了包了粽子之外又準備了滿滿一桌可媲美年夜飯的菜，還煮了我喜歡喝的鳳梨苦瓜湯。
因為煮了實在太多，平常我不在家的時候就只有爸媽兩個人，根本吃不完，所以當然是要給我帶回住處去。鳳梨苦瓜湯是為了我煮的，當然也要我帶回去，但問題來了；住處冰箱非常小，且前陣子才跟室友大採購，根本就沒有容身之地呀！
此時娘親提供了一個看起來很像騙人的撇步，雖然我很不相信，但因為冰箱沒空間就試了，沒想到是真的有用！所以就在這邊跟大家分享啦～
湯總是煮了一大鍋喝不完，又沒有辦法收進冰箱嗎？
那就別收了吧。就放在爐子上，蓋上蓋子，煮到大滾之後關火不動，據說甚至可以放到三四天。重點是一定要煮到大滾，如果因為要看有沒有滾而打開了蓋子，重新蓋上後一定要再讓他滾一陣子再關火，然後就不能再動。如果又打開了就必須再煮過，不然就會失效。
娘說以前沒有冰箱的時候都是這樣的。我半信半疑的試驗，沒想到即使天氣炎熱如此，而且我用的蓋子不是原本那個鍋子用的（也就是尺寸不是很合，有些細縫），卻還是奏效！過了兩天，湯仍然沒壞非常好喝，裡面的雞肉也還是一樣鮮嫩好吃。
這就是所謂古人的智慧嗎？實在是太酷了！推薦家裡有開伙的人下次可以試試看喔！:D
