這裡的雜草可能比人還高了，去年的黑暗還留在第一頁，陰影也還延續在某個角落，靜悄悄地。
去年因為覺得個人生日沒比國家大事重要，把顯示給關了，後來也忘了這件事。少了臉書提醒，這一天安靜地像是從不存在一般，就像戴上耳機的瞬間，你幾乎可以聽見自己吞口水的聲音一般，無聲卻響亮。
而實際上，即使不想根據過去經驗來預測這一天會有多少不開心，老天爺還是不辜負期待的(?)狠狠整了我一天。
早上在像是爆炸般的春雷中醒來，天空下起久違的大雨，我穿上買了好久都還沒開箱的雨靴以及前陣子新買的衣服，搭配剛剛剪完的短髮，試圖用煥然一新的樣貌來迎接這一天。一踏出家門雨勢立即兇猛起來，所幸及時趕上將發車的捷運，雖然沒位子。喔對，這天我比平常提早了半個多小時出門，因為有個重要會議被安排在早上，得早點去準備才行。
一到公司同事就說，會議改到下午了喔。
沒關係，我安慰自己多了些時間準備。窗外雨勢漸歇，我用期待著午餐的心情繼續修改簡報，等到午休我拿起傘準備下樓，瞥見外頭白茫茫一片，老天爺用比早上更具「氣勢」的排場迎接我出門了。躊躇一陣，還是決心往美食前進，反正我有新雨靴才不怕你。
週一公休。
躲進便利商店屋簷思考了一分鐘，那就去另外一間喜歡的店吧。三分鐘後，再度面對鐵門深鎖。
雨還是很大，我已經沒力氣再想什麼美食，隨便走進一間有位子的店。這間越南河粉上次造訪評價不高，但畢竟那次我點的是飯類，這次點河粉應該會好些。十分鐘後，我面對一碗像是打翻胡椒粉的牛肉河粉，吃了一口後發現可能老闆同時還打翻了鹽；咬下牛肉後發現我點的是鮮牛肉結果送來的是熟牛肉。此刻我只想快點讓自己吃飽以後不要再踏進來這裡，左邊的座位來了兩位阿姨坐下，其中一位突然湊過來我旁邊問說「妳吃的是什麼啊？」
面對突然靠近的阿姨我有點錯愕，簡短回答：「河粉。」
阿姨得到答案後和友人說明那是河粉啦看起來不錯我們就點這個吧！接著拿起菜單，又往我這裡靠過來。
「那妳吃的是菜單上面的那一項啊？」
「呃，牛肉河粉。」
她又回頭去討論要點些什麼，兩人決定好之後我以為事情也該結束了，沒想到阿姨再度靠了過來。
「請問要先付錢嗎？」
「要。」我依舊簡短回答，但其實我想說的是你以為我是店員嗎而且從頭到尾一句謝謝都沒說，打擾人家吃飯都不會不好意思嗎。
快速再吃了幾口猶如泡過海水般死鹹的河粉，不行了，即使還沒什麼飽足感但我實在不想再待下去。外頭雨小了點，轉進飲料店買了杯熱可可撫慰心靈，雨又變大了，還刮起風。
唯一值得慶幸的是下午會議還算順利，開完會後我只想放空。因為很早來公司，所以也比平常早了些離開辦公室，毫無意外地，老天再度用受了百年委屈般的大雨迎接我下班。公車有點擠，還好路程並不遠，抵達餐廳後才意識到自己有多餓，所有的情緒在見到先生後才稍稍得到舒緩。
「不管遇到再難過的事情，好吃的食物還是一樣好吃」，我記得某一部日劇女主角邊喝著主廚特製的湯，又哭又笑講出這句台詞。在我咬下滿是鐵板焦香且新鮮飽滿有彈性的蝦子時，腦袋就冒出了這一幕。美食啊，永遠是最好的心靈療癒配方，我們邊吃邊聊，讚嘆著食物的美味，終於可以開心地笑出來。服務人員來整理桌面時說「看你們吃得好開心真好，我最喜歡看到客人吃得這麼乾淨了！」
「因為很好吃啊。」我們笑了。
點了期間限定的小蛋糕配熱卡布，先生小小聲地唱了生日快樂歌，還逼我吹了不存在的蠟燭。雨停了。打開手機終於看到幾個朋友的問候。我想，雖然看起來三月的定律是不會改變了，但只要有你陪我吃一頓美食，這一天雖不值得慶祝，仍然可以是美好的一天。
於是安安靜靜地，也沒什麼不好。我們就這樣，一起變老吧。:)
